Therapist Role Overview

Early intervention and therapy services are provided to children and their families by a national multidisciplinary allied health organisation committed to delivering evidence-based solutions.

We support over 28,000 families across our nationwide clinics.

We are hiring for our Gold Coast clinic working on a combination of clinic and mobile services. We offer flexibility with full-time or part-time hours available to suit your schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessments and therapy to paediatric caseloads based on evidence
  • Day-to-day tasks include assessment and intervention sessions with a mixed-age caseload
  • Work closely with stakeholders providing information, education, and support
  • Continuous evaluation, training, and review to ensure delivery of quality services

Requirements and Skills:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and SPA registration
  • A passion for working with individuals with disabilities
  • Excellent communication skills in diverse environments
  • Effective time management and attention to detail
  • A passion for making a difference and engaging therapy
