About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Intrax. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization by providing expert advice and guidance on all aspects of human resources management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition and Development: Partner with our Talent Acquisition team to source and secure top talent for Intrax, championing opportunities for internal growth and development.
  • HR Advice: Provide accurate and timely HR advice to people managers, ensuring they have the necessary guidance to make informed decisions that support the business.
  • Performance Management: Coach and advise people managers on best practice performance management techniques, ensuring timely resolution of performance concerns and issues.
  • Employee Relations: Provide expert advice to resolve workplace/employee relations issues, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Organisational Development: Collaborate with the broader HR team to create and deliver people-related initiatives and interventions that enhance workplace culture and support business objectives.
  • HR Documentation: Ensure that HR policies, procedures, and programs are maintained in line with best practice and relevant legislation.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable HR Adviser or Coordinator experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion, displaying exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills, handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Fluent in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of employment-related legislation and the ability to apply that knowledge in a practical and effective manner.
  • Ideally relevant tertiary qualifications in Business or Human Resources.
