Project Overview:

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumbing Project Manager to lead our plumbing projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee plumbing projects to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate with builders, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to achieve project goals.
  • Read and interpret plans, specifications, and technical drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage procurement of materials and subcontractors to maintain budget and schedule.
  • Monitor job progress, conduct site inspections, and ensure workplace health and safety (WHS) compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to manage expectations and resolve issues.

 

Requirements:

  • Trade qualified plumber (Cert III or above) with strong site experience.
  • Proven experience managing plumbing projects, ideally in construction or commercial settings.
  • Strong understanding of plumbing systems, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and problem-solve under pressure.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
