">Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for the coordination and oversight of plumbing projects from start to finish.

">Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and coordinate all aspects of plumbing projects, including timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  2. Work closely with builders, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  3. Read and interpret plans, specifications, and technical drawings to inform project decisions.
  4. Manage procurement of materials and subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
  5. Conduct site inspections to monitor job progress and ensure compliance with WHS regulations.
  6. Communicate effectively with clients to manage expectations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  7. Provide support and guidance to on-site teams as needed.
Requirements:
  • A trade-qualified plumber (Cert III or above) with strong site experience.
  • Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in construction or commercial settings.
  • Strong understanding of plumbing systems, regulations, and industry best practice.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and problem-solve under pressure.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Current driver's licence and White Card.
