Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

  • Source materials and subcontractors efficiently, prioritizing cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Monitor job progress, conduct site inspections, and ensure workplace safety compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to manage expectations and resolve issues promptly.
  • Lead on-site teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to enhance performance.

About You:

  • Trade-qualified plumber (Cert III or above) with significant site experience.
  • Proven track record of managing plumbing projects, ideally in construction or commercial settings.
  • Strong understanding of plumbing systems, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solve under pressure, and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Current driver's licence and White Card.
