Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Account Manager to join our team. With 25+ years in the ICT industry, this organisation has an incredible track record of success in delivering challenging and complex projects for clients across various industry sectors.

Demonstrating expertise in managing medium to large accounts delivering ICT services and solutions, the ideal candidate will possess a proven record of growing key customer accounts and exceeding business objectives and targets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic customer relationships, ensuring quality delivery of consulting services and software solutions design, development and support.

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to take ownership of customer relationships and manage any issues/challenges to ensure customer satisfaction.
