About the Role:

You'll collaborate with our optimization team to refine designs, ensuring usability and performance are at the forefront. Your expertise will be crucial in aligning design elements with broader business goals, driving the creation of impactful digital interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with designers, product owners, and the website production team to create high-quality designs that meet user and business needs.
  • Partner with the optimization team to analyze user behavior data, refine designs, and improve usability and performance.
  • Communicate concepts clearly through user flows, sketches, wireframes, and polished visuals, ensuring consistency with our Design System and brand identity.
  • Conduct research and testing, including competitor analysis, user interviews, and usability testing, to inform design improvements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and UX best practices, ensuring our designs remain competitive and aligned with evolving standards.

About You:

  • Previous experience in visual design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.
  • Completed an accredited course in UX Design, gaining comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in user experience.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
