Occupational Therapist - New Grad or Experienced Opportunity

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Registered Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team in Cairns, QLD.

This is an exciting opportunity for a new graduate or experienced occupational therapist to learn from a senior interdisciplinary team and contribute to the growth and success of our practice.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for occupational therapy and a desire to make a positive impact on their clients' lives. They will be confident, energetic, driven, and motivated, with a thirst for learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to clients across various settings, including clinics and community locations.
  • Work collaboratively with other health professionals to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans that cater to the diverse needs of clients.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of education programs and resources for clients, carers, and healthcare professionals.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and advancements in occupational therapy.

Requirements:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • Working with Children Check and current Police Check.
  • Australian Driver's License and rights to work in Australia.
