Full-Time Occupational Therapist Opportunity

This is a full-time opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Cairns Private Hospital. We have exciting work across inpatient rehabilitation unit, day programs, outpatient services, and community settings.
You will be based at our McLeod Street clinic as well as travelling within a one-hour radius of Cairns to provide high-quality patient-centred care.
We are looking for a proactive, adaptable Occupational Therapist who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must have strong clinical reasoning skills and be committed to achieving the best outcomes for your patients.
The ideal candidate has experience in inpatient, outpatient and community neurological rehabilitation. You must also have:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA
- Experience in a hospital setting; neurological rehab experience highly regarded
- Valid QLD Driver's Licence and access to your own vehicle
- Willingness to travel within a 1-hour radius of Cairns
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
