About The RoleAs an Event Client Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in creating authentic and genuine connections with every guest that comes through our doors. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth running of the space and providing a seamless experience for our members.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate event space and clients before the day of the event.
- Manage logistics of the setup and pack down of the event space.
- Provide emergency venue support on the day of the event.
- Connect and book internal vendors for the event/relevant space.
- Liaise with and connect external vendors to the appropriate space.
- Coordinate with Landlord requirements and each event requirement.
- Coordinate/brief HT if the event is during business hours to assist with the smooth running of the event.
- Coordinate/brief with T+G for venue supervisors, catering, coffees/stations, etc.
- Set up venue and specific event details relating to this.
- Event clients only really start focusing on planning their event in the last week - understand the client's vision from a venue perspective and liaise with the event host before the event in preparation for their occurrence (catering, T+G, etc.).
- Pre-event onboarding and subsequent tours post-sale.
- Event feedback post-event.
- A customer-focused approach.
- Takes direction well and is a team player.
- An ability to influence via solid relationships across a wide range of stakeholders.
- Dedicated leadership experience.
- Ability to think differently about a client experience and always want to deliver the best service.
- Has proven experience in a customer experience role, or events role.
- Ability to navigate complex customer requests and assist with communicating clearly to the onsite team.
- The agile mindset with adaptable communication skills.
