As an in-store team member, you are the foundation of our pizza-making process. Your role is to create a positive customer experience, ensuring every pizza that leaves our store is made with love and care.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing fresh pizza dough, taking customers' orders over the phone or in-person, and assisting your colleagues on different pizza stations. You will also help with cutting and boxing hot pizzas, dispatching deliveries, and safely preparing food.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet customers both on the phone and in-person.">
  • Serve customers promptly and efficiently.">
  • Upsell menu items and products to increase sales.">
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently.">
  • Conduct quality control checks on pizzas and other food items.">
  • Assist fellow team members during service.">
  • Perform general cleaning duties.">

Availability:

We require our in-store team members to work flexible hours, including afternoons, days, evenings, mornings, public holidays, and weekends. We also offer shift work and supplemental pay types.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A driver's license and Australia work authorization are preferred but not required.
