Document Controller Opportunity

360HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our team. As a key member of our dynamic and collaborative team, you will be responsible for organizing, managing, and maintaining our client's documents and records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement document control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and maintain document registers, templates, and workflows to ensure seamless document management.
  • Conduct regular documentation reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide project teams with administrative support as required.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in administration and document control roles.
  • Proficiency in Aconex, SharePoint, or SAP is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
