Lead Kitchen Specialist

The role of a Lead Kitchen Specialist is to oversee the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring that all meals are prepared and served efficiently and effectively. This involves managing a team of cooks and chefs, training them on new recipes and techniques, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cooking procedures, controlling inventory levels, and adhering to health and safety protocols. Your expertise in commercial cookery will enable you to optimize kitchen workflows, streamline meal preparation, and drive business growth.
This leadership position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to motivate and empower your team members. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to set kitchen goals, monitor performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to drive business success.
- A degree or certification in commercial cookery or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing kitchen teams
- Expertise in menu planning, ingredient management, and food safety protocols
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
