We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Telehealth Nurse Practitioner to provide virtual consultations and patient assessments to individuals across Australia.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting virtual consultations via phone and video for general health concerns, chronic conditions, and acute presentations
- Providing prescriptions, referrals, pathology requests, and ongoing treatment plans
- Reviewing structured patient histories before consultations to improve clinical efficiency
- Carrying out follow-ups and long-term care management, ensuring continuity of care
- Supporting a diverse patient base, including individuals in regional and remote areas who may have limited access to in-person care
