We are seeking a skilled professional to assume key responsibilities in structured finance, encompassing transaction-related processes, project appraisal, negotiations, due diligence, and monitoring of assets.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis (P&L, BS, CF, EVA) to inform investment decisions.
- Prepare credit submissions, including new proposals, variation requests, and annual reviews, presenting relevant information accurately.
- Manage credit and financial aspects of project analysis, including financial analysis of companies, technical and operational appraisals, production of financial projections, security, and cash-flow models.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models, reviewing and refining them for accuracy and reliability.
- Produce Project Finance Ratings using our internal rating tool for new projects and existing projects annually or as required, articulating analytical opinions and criteria associated with the Project Rating Model.
- Monitor loan exposures, participating in regular monitoring reports and reviews based on client meetings, site visits, financial reviews, and research.
- Gather and analyze project-related information through research, due diligence, and independent inquiry.
- Maintain sector-specific knowledge of frameworks (PPA structures, concession agreements, EPC and O&M contracts).
- 4-6 years' experience in project finance.
- Strong background in financial modelling, deal structuring, and infrastructure or energy sectors.
