Occupational Therapy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapy Manager to join our team at Alfred Health. As a Deputy Occupational Therapy Manager, you will play a key role in leading our Occupational Therapy services and contributing to the development of our Allied Health directorate.

Key Responsibilities- Lead the Occupational Therapy team and provide operational and strategic support to a workforce of over 80EFT.
- Ensure the provision of high-quality, evidence-based Occupational Therapy services that align with the vision of Alfred Health and our Allied Health Strategic Plans.
- Provide Allied Health leadership within a designated clinical program at Alfred Health, working collaboratively with professionals from across our Allied Health directorate to optimise the care we provide.
- Recruit and champion the growth of our team, advancing the quality, safety, and efficiency of the care we provide.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA Registration.
- Post-graduate clinical qualifications or health services management/administration/business management at a Masters level or Higher.
- Experience in the delivery of an Occupational Therapy service in a hospital environment.
- Well-established leadership skills, highly developed communication skills, and demonstrated health system-wide knowledge and ability to respond to changing needs of Allied Health services.
