Site Development Specialist

PSI is a forward-thinking company dedicated to advancing the progress of clinical trials. We are in search of an experienced professional to develop strategic relationships with clinical research sites.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
Job Description
We seek an expert who can maintain and refine internal site databases, participate in improvement strategies for the site identification process, and communicate with project teams to fine-tune strategy and methodology.
Project Responsibilities:
- Define the main study objectives and optimal site profile.
- Create an initial list of potential sites.
- Communicate with project teams to fine-tune strategy and methodology of initial and follow-up site contacts.
- Maintain a study site identification tracker for further site evaluation and selection activities.
- Liaise with project teams to evaluate status and progress of site identification, identify and highlight potential risks or issues.
- Perform due diligence checks on regulatory and legal limitations applicable to recommended investigators or clinical sites.
- Support the project team throughout study startup and further activities as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- University/college degree in Life Sciences/Pharmacy/RN/Healthcare field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Site Identification/Study Start-Up activities or equivalent.
- Understanding of Good Clinical Practice, local laws, and regulations.
- Communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment under compressed deadlines.
