Senior Retail Sales Manager

A highly accomplished and dynamic retail sales professional is required to lead a team of sales professionals in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach a high-performing team of sales professionals to ensure they have the skills, knowledge, and support needed to excel in their roles.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement local area marketing initiatives that drive foot traffic and increase sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales data and provide regular reporting to stakeholders on sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in managing people in a retail setting, with a strong background in sales leadership.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
