Strata Insurance Lawyer - Sydney

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated lawyer to join our Strata Insurance team in Sydney.

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a lawyer with 1-3 years of experience in strata insurance to take their career to the next level.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to prioritise tasks, display initiative, and meet deadlines.

About the Role

This role involves acting for insurers in strata insurance related litigation. The responsibilities include reviewing files and preparing advices, communicating with clients, preparing court documents, drafting correspondence, and appearing before the Local Court.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing files and preparing advices;
  • Communicating with clients both in writing and verbally;
  • Preparing court documents, including statements of evidence;
  • Drafting correspondence and communicating with other practitioners;
  • Appearing before the Local Court;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have between 1-3 years of experience in strata insurance. You will also require excellent communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to prioritise tasks, display initiative, and meet deadlines.
