Key Responsibilities- Oversee the provision of professional counselling services at Carinity Youth On Track.
- Manage a multidisciplinary team of Child and Family Therapists.
- Work with the Program Coordinator at Carinity Youth On Track to ensure the smooth running and efficiency of the service.
- Develop and implement programs to support young people and families.
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to achieve service goals.
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, or Behavioural Sciences.
- Experience in working with young people and families, especially in the areas of child protection, domestic and family violence, and/or child and adolescent mental health.
- Ability to demonstrate and manage a multidisciplinary team through effective interpersonal engagement.
- Sound knowledge of child protection issues and the Child Protection Act.
- Ability to travel and work across sites.
