About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team at Carinity. This is a full-time role that will involve working between two of our services, Carinity Communities Wahroonga and Carinity Youth On Track.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the provision of professional counselling services at Carinity Youth On Track.
  • Manage a multidisciplinary team of Child and Family Therapists.
  • Work with the Program Coordinator at Carinity Youth On Track to ensure the smooth running and efficiency of the service.
  • Develop and implement programs to support young people and families.
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to achieve service goals.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, or Behavioural Sciences.
  • Experience in working with young people and families, especially in the areas of child protection, domestic and family violence, and/or child and adolescent mental health.
  • Ability to demonstrate and manage a multidisciplinary team through effective interpersonal engagement.
  • Sound knowledge of child protection issues and the Child Protection Act.
  • Ability to travel and work across sites.
