The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting managers across a wide range of services to ensure our teams are high-performing and Lutheran Services remains a place where people love what they do.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality ER support aligned with our Lutheran values
- Build and maintain effective relationships with operational managers, employees and unions
- Tackle employee concerns and conflicts with fairness and empathy, ensuring compliance with our Enterprise Agreement and all relevant legislation
- Guide managers and staff navigate employee practices while continuously improving our service
- Working with a strong and supportive team
