About the Role:

  • Develop, plan, and deliver diverse recreational and social activities, ensuring resident engagement and satisfaction.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of lifestyle programs, making adjustments as needed.
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals to integrate lifestyle activities with residents' care plans.

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or a related field (or willingness to obtain).
  • Current police check & Statutory Declaration.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the aged care sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative approach to developing engaging activities and programs.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to improving the quality of life for elderly individuals.
