About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Advanced Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Concentric Rehab Centre. As an Advanced Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualised treatment plans, and providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to maximise independence and quality of life for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of individuals to identify their functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
  • Develop tailored treatment plans and intervention strategies to enhance daily living skills, cognitive abilities, mobility, and self-care.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and a multidisciplinary team to develop person-centred care plans and ensure holistic support.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and deliver individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.

Essential Qualifications and Experience
  • A Degree in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or Exercise Physiology (or equivalent).
  • Current AHPRA registration and valid Australian driver's licence.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
