About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Team Leader to join our team at Humanology. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to our management team and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support business objectives
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to management and employees
  • Lead and manage the HR team to ensure effective delivery of HR services
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of HR processes
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Manage employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
  • Provide training and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Formal qualification in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on team leadership and management
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies and initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including the Fair Work Act and Aged Care Quality Standards
