Raven's Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and experienced Pharmacist to lead our community-centric pharmacy in a historic river port town. As the Pharmacist in Charge, you will be responsible for enhancing community health outcomes through a range of services, including full vaccination programs, counselling, dispensing, and medication management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of pharmacists, a Retail Manager, and technicians to provide comprehensive pharmacy services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve community health outcomes.
  • Manage a high script trade and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • General registration as a pharmacist in Australia.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $45 - $50 negotiable on experience.
  • Work hours align with store hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM; Saturday, 9 AM - 1 PM; and Sunday, 10 AM - 1 PM.
  • Work in a supportive environment that values work-life balance.
