The Role

We seek a seasoned Architectural Leader to spearhead design, mentor others, and create architecture that inspires.

  • Oversee the design and development of diverse projects across all phases, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Provide expert technical support throughout construction, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Bring a strong design aesthetic while balancing form, function, and client brief, fostering collaborative relationships with clients.
  • Cultivate effective partnerships with consultants and suppliers throughout design and construction.
Requirements
  • Possess a recognized architectural qualification and/or registration as an Architect (or eligibility for registration) in South Australia.
  • Demonstrate at least 5 years' post-graduate experience delivering projects from concept through construction, showcasing leadership and technical expertise.
  • Showcase proven ability to lead design teams, mentor staff, and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary consultants.
Key Skills & Experience
  • Deep understanding of NCC/BCA, Australian Standards, and contemporary construction methods.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management software, ensuring efficient workflow and collaboration.
  • Demonstrated experience in contract administration, site-phase project management, and delivering within D&C and traditional procurement models, showcasing adaptability and problem-solving skills.
