Material Handling Returns Specialist

**Job Overview**
This position is responsible for processing daily Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) transactions and updating records on the system.
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, with strong computer skills and excellent problem-solving abilities.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with good communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing RMA transactions and updating records
- Undertaking inspections for returned products
- Data entry, database management and inventory control
- Reconciling RMA's with customer documentation
- Providing exceptional customer service support and guidance
- Preparing and sending Good RMA's for refurbishment
- Assisting with stocktake preparation and other duties as required
The role requires a Forklift license and RF gun experience is highly regarded but not essential. The successful candidate will have the ability to lift heavy items (minimum 18kg).
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-3 Years Experience in a similar role
- Good communications skills
- Competent in Microsoft Excel
- SAP experience highly regarded but not essential
- Problem solving, time management and organisational skills
- A great eye for detail
Benefits:
- Casual Rate: $32 - $33 per hour
- Day Shifts: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm
- No Weekends or Overtime when available
