Job Responsibilities

As an E-bike rider, you'll deliver groceries across Inner Sydney. We've optimized delivery zones for rider safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Tasks

- Deliver groceries & alcohol via e-bike
- Provide excellent customer service
- Help grow the business and brand through marketing activities
- Support store operations including pick packing, stock take, and other tasks

Ideal Candidate

We're seeking friendly and hardworking individuals who are excited about joining a company that's disrupting the industry. Whether you're a seasoned rider or new to bike-based work, if you're good at making people smile and working efficiently, this could be a great fit.

Requirements

- Confident bike riding ability required
- Must not have any barrier to riding a bike safely
- Transferable skills from Retail / Customer Service / Hospitality / Driver / Rider / Courier a plus but not essential
- Smartphone ability and willingness to use a directional service (maps) to reach customers

Job Details

- Full-time, Part-time positions available
- Flexible hours including 10 hour shifts, 12 hour shifts, etc.
