The role of a Customer Service Agent (CSA) involves delivering customer orders to their homes safely and efficiently.

As part of the Coles Supermarkets team, you will play a vital role in connecting with customers and providing them with exceptional service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Picking and packing orders to the highest standard
  • Safely navigating neighborhoods to deliver customer orders during the day or night
  • Helping with loading and unloading groceries from the van

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

You will also need to hold an Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence and have a safe driving record.

Additional requirements include being active, lifting and carrying groceries as needed, and working flexible hours across our store trading days.
