  • Being an inspiring role model and coach for positive behaviors, practices, and processes.
  • Completing daily inspections and engaging with your team to develop a safe, efficient work culture.
  • Allocating and coordinating planned maintenance activities following best practice principles.
  • Prioritizing and managing breakdowns with the production team.
  • Driving continuous improvement projects focused on cost savings and efficiency.
What You Will Bring

  • Leadership experience with a successful track record in developing and coaching team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Respect for others and an inclusive mindset.
  • A current Australian manual driver's license.
