About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Cloud Architect to lead our cloud transformation efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud architecture, migration strategies, and solution design.

The role involves designing and delivering secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud solutions using AWS services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business, technical, and security requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design end-to-end cloud architectures that meet business, technical, and security requirements.
  • Lead cloud migration initiatives, including assessment, planning, and execution.
  • Develop solution designs covering compute, storage, networking, security, and integration.
  • Provide architectural guidance for cloud managed services (EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3, CloudFront, IAM, etc.).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure solutions comply with governance, security, and performance best practices.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including solution proposals and cost estimation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect in cloud environments.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud services, architecture frameworks, and best practices.
  • Experience in designing and implementing cloud migration projects.
  • Proficiency in cloud managed services and solution integration.
  • Familiarity with automation and Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, Terraform).
  • Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and cost optimisation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or equivalent.
  • Experience in government or regulated industries.
  • Exposure to hybrid cloud or multi-cloud strategies.
