  • Sales & Customer Service: Drive sales performance by engaging with customers, recommending products and services, and meeting sales targets.
  • Store Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail space, manage stock to meet seasonal demands and ensure product availability.
Benefits Package:

We offer a highly competitive remuneration package including:

  • Casual Roles: A base rate starting from $36+ per hour for candidates with the right skills and mindset.
  • Full-Time Remuneration: The right candidate can earn over $100,000 per year, including a base salary, incentive bonuses, retention bonuses, generous leave, superannuation, and a supportive culture.
Requirements:
  • Experience & Skills: At least 2 years in a Team Leader or Store Manager role, preferably within the mobile device repair industry.
  • Leadership & Strategic Thinking: Act as a role model, implement head office strategies, identify and solve problems that impact store performance.
  • Work Ethic & Initiative: Proactive, reliable, and self-motivated approach, able to work independently and maintain focus while on duty.
  • Flexibility & Eligibility: Availability to work weekends and holidays, unrestricted work rights in Australia.
Progression Path:

All candidates will begin on a 6-month casual contract, with the option to work up to 76 hours or more per fortnight. Formal performance reviews will be conducted at the 3- and 6-month marks. Upon successful review, you will be offered a permanent part-time or full-time contract based on your performance and preference.
