Deputy Care Manager Job Summary

As a seasoned leader, you will oversee the delivery of exceptional care services to our residents and staff.

This role requires a skilled professional who can ensure high standards of care are maintained through accurate record-keeping and compliance audits. You will also be responsible for providing training, support, and supervision to staff members, as well as monitoring and controlling sickness and absence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining accurate records and adhering to compliance audits
  • Providing induction, training, and support to staff members
  • Assisting in the supervision and appraisal of staff
  • Leading the team and promoting excellent clinical and dementia care
  • Monitoring and controlling sickness and absence
Requirements:
  • A commitment to achieving the Leadership and Management Award (Level 5)
  • Previous management or supervisory experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine interest in working with older adults
