As a Government Project Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and driving project success by coordinating tasks, schedules, and resources. You will also assist with stakeholder consultations, undertake document reviews, and provide research support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project management: Coordinate tasks, schedules, and resources to drive project success
  • Stakeholder consultations: Assist with question development, synthesise feedback, develop and analyse survey data
  • Document reviews: Undertake literature scans, discovery, assessments
  • Research: Synthesise complex document information, provide desktop research to support the preparation of advice, reports or presentations
  • Writing client documents: Draft reports, briefings, policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in project coordination gained within a corporate or government environment
  • High level analysis and information synthesizing skills
  • Strong verbal, written and visual presentation skills
  • Coordination skills to keep project tasks on track
  • Desire to work closely with clients, being adaptable and responsive
