The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Compliance to join our team at Dexus. As a key member of our Compliance team, you will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and maintaining our compliance strategy.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing our compliance plans, including annual review and improvement of the effectiveness of controls within the plans
  • Developing the compliance plan audit strategy and managing the audit process for Registered Managed Investment Schemes and AFSLs
  • Identifying regulatory obligations and ensuring policies are updated or developed to address these obligations
  • Overseeing the annual review of Compliance Policies and ensuring business and legal issues are incorporated
  • Developing the annual compliance training strategy

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding and experience within compliance and/or risk functions, preferably within the property industry and/or listed corporates and/or AFS Licences and MISs. You will have a tertiary qualification in a commerce/legal or similar discipline and possess strong verbal and written communications skills.

As a leader, you will have the ability to develop a high-functioning team and possess comprehensive negotiation, mediation, conflict management, and customer retention skills.
