Job Description

Cuscal is a leading provider of innovative payment solutions. We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Manager, Risk Management Strategy and Regulatory Affairs to join our team.

This role will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of the Risk Management Framework and Strategy (RMFS). The Senior Manager, Risk Management Strategy and Regulatory Affairs will contribute to the strategic development, implementation, and ongoing delivery of Cuscal's RMFS to enable the effective management of risk to support the achievement of our corporate objectives and compliance with industry, regulatory, and prudential standards and requirements.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations, industry codes, standards, and prudential requirements. They will have demonstrated experience in compliance management within the finance and banking industry, as well as operational risk and compliance roles, including the design and implementation of effective risk and compliance management frameworks.

The Senior Manager, Risk Management Strategy and Regulatory Affairs will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of strategic and emerging risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures. They will also support the design, establishment, and ongoing review of the RMFS governance structures.

The ideal candidate will have strong change management, project management, and time management skills, with the ability to manage projects from initiation through to completion across multiple projects while meeting deadlines and managing a high-volume workload of often-changing priorities.

They will also have strong inter-personal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and act as Cuscal's primary contact for regulators.

To be successful in this position, you will have a relevant tertiary qualification in a related discipline (e.g., law, finance, business, audit) and demonstrated experience in compliance management within the finance and banking industry. You will also have a sound understanding of relevant laws and regulations, industry codes, standards, and prudential requirements.
