Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Retail Consultant to embody our desire to engage, listen and guide customers to products that are relevant to them. As a key member of our team, you will welcome customers into our spaces and through intentional interactions deepen the way our products are experienced. Your exceptional customer service skills and ability to drive commercial outcomes will contribute significantly to our overall success.
Key Responsibilities- You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional, inclusive customer experience by demonstrating products that address customer needs.
- You will utilise your selling skills and ability to empathise with customers to manage interpersonal relationships and contribute to a positive and inclusive experience for all.
- You will participate in and contribute to a team environment, utilising open-mindedness and deep curiosity to understand others, listen without judgement and act on diverse perspectives.
- You must have experience operating within a customer service role or environment.
- You should possess effective selling skills and the ability to drive commercial outcomes.
- You should have a history of successfully participating in and contributing to a team.
- You should be able to demonstrate your ability to utilise empathy to manage interpersonal relationships and contribute to a positive and inclusive experience for all.
- You should have an open mindset and deep curiosity, seeking to understand others, listen without judgement and act on diverse perspectives.
- You should possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Bonus: Knowledge of skin care and skin care industry (advantageous)
- Bonus: Knowledge of hair care, body care, fragrance and home categories (advantageous)
This is a Part Time position, approximately 28 hours per week, working an on-site pattern. The roster includes:
- Wednesday 10:00am - 5:00pm
- Thursday 2:00pm - 9:00pm
- Friday 9:30am - 6:00pm
- Saturday 9:00am - 6:00pm
