Lead Educational Centre
We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to oversee our brand-new educational service. As a Director, you will make a meaningful impact on children's lives while fostering strong relationships with families and leading a dedicated team of educators.


About The Service
  • The two-storey centre caters for 84 children from six weeks to five years old across six rooms and four outdoor play areas.
  • Our management team provides guidance and support throughout your career.
  • Tram stops within a five-minute walk from the centre, making it easy to commute to work.
  • We utilise the Story Park platform to enrich communication with families about their child's development and foster active participation.
  • Opening hours are 6:30 am-6:30 pm, Monday-Friday.

Requirements
  • Hold a diploma or above in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Minimum of twelve months experience in a similar leadership position.
  • Available to work five days a week.
  • A valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain.
  • In-depth understanding of the EYLF and NQS to ensure quality outcomes for the children.
  • Provide guidance, leadership, mentorship, and support to a diverse team of educators, culinary professionals, trainees, and students.
  • Have a vision to support local families and their children by mentoring and leading your team to exceptional heights.
