**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Inventory Coordinator to join our team. As an Inventory Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our onsite supply stores.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for maintaining the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods across various departments and units.
  • Ensure that all departments receive their deliveries promptly and efficiently.
  • You will also be responsible for checking inward goods against organizational protocols and maintaining accurate records of receipt.
  • In addition, you will perform various clerical functions associated with general store duties, including processing orders, returns, and inventory tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintaining Supply Stores: Ensure the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods across various departments and units.
  2. Delivery Management: Ensure that all departments receive their deliveries promptly and efficiently.
  3. Goods Receipt and Verification: Check inward goods against organizational protocols and maintain accurate records of receipt.
  4. Clerical Functions: Perform various clerical functions associated with general store duties, including processing orders, returns, and inventory tasks.

Requirements:

  • Year 12 High School certificate
  • Valid Victorian Driver's licence
  • MR licence
  • Valid Forklift licence (desirable)
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a medium to large healthcare organization
  • Solid computer literacy and excellent understanding of word, excel & email etiquette
  • Sound time management skills
  • Demonstrable excellence in customer service
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
