**Job Description**As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued members. Your primary goal will be to proactively grow the home lending portfolio and deliver a seamless end-to-end banking experience.
You will be visiting members at their preferred location, providing them with sound specialist mortgage advice and supporting them in achieving their dream of owning a home. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:* Strong retail lending experience* Solid knowledge of local residential mortgage products and real estate market* Ability to create new opportunities, convert leads and manage pipeline* Tier 2 accreditation and/or Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Brokering is essential* Current Australian Drivers Licence is required
