Treasury Team Opportunity

Our Treasury team plays a vital role in driving business opportunities within defined risk parameters. We maintain close working ties with the central Risk Management Group, Financial Management, and People and Engagement Group.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage change requests and complete impact assessments on behalf of the Treasury Team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and teams from across the ecosystem to identify needs and assist in translating them to requirements and user stories.
  • Map and analyse current state processes and data flows, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement when designing future state processes.
  • Work closely with data & platform teams to deliver quality regulatory and risk outcomes.
About You:
  • You have 7 years' experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally within banking and financial services.
  • You possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • You can work closely with business and technical stakeholders at all levels as a team player.
  • You understand agile ways of working.
  • You have an agile mindset to drive data-driven decisions, continuously improve and deliver business value.
  • You demonstrate outstanding attention to detail, learning mindset, flexibility, and adaptability, high motivation, and drive.
