Senior Technical Business Analyst – Cyber Security Projects

Locations: Brisbane QLD, Surry Hills NSW, Deakin ACT, Richmond VIC, Rockingham WA

Must be an Australian Citizen

We're looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst with a strong background in cyber security to support the delivery of complex security projects across Business Continuity Management, Disaster Recovery, and Zero Trust frameworks.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to understand, define, and document technical and business requirements.
• Support delivery of high-impact cyber security initiatives with strategic alignment and measurable outcomes.
• Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring solution design meets the required standards.
• Manage and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, navigating complex issues with confidence and autonomy.
• Provide analysis on current processes and recommend enhancements to ensure optimal cyber security outcomes.
• Contribute to test plans, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Required Skills & Experience

• At least 5 years' experience as a Technical Business Analyst in cyber security environments.
• Experience working in complex public or enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity threats, principles, and mitigation strategies.
• High-level communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Able to operate effectively both independently and within a collaborative team.
