The role of Project Coordinator is pivotal in driving the successful delivery of capital infrastructure projects. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Manage the full lifecycle of multiple infrastructure & plant projects from initiation to implementation;
  • Develop project scopes, estimates, and resource allocations to ensure positive outcomes;
  • Collaborate with operational and other internal teams to manage risks, ensure compliance, and deliver project outcomes effectively;
  • Set realistic goals for projects in delivery to achieve cost-effective, safe, and efficient results;
  • Close the loop by ensuring commissioning and completions provide relevant asset information for maintenance and optimisation as well as contributing to continuous improvement of methodologies and ways of working;
  • Manage quality control processes and stakeholders together with internal team members.

  • Valid driver's license;
  • Bachelor of Engineering, Project Management or equivalent level of skills and knowledge gained through experience;
  • Proven experience in project management, delivering low to medium-risk projects on time, within budget, and on schedule;
  • Demonstrated ability to lead project outcomes and achieve objectives and milestones;
  • Proficiency in using project management systems and software, adhering to PMBOK principles and Australian Standards;
  • Strong planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills with the ability to develop creative and practical solutions;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leadership.
