Commercial Administrator Job Description

This position is available in our Commercial and Risk Management department for a highly skilled commercial administrator or paralegal with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong analytical abilities.

The role involves researching statutes, regulations, legal articles, and other sources of information, as well as performing tasks such as interviewing witnesses, preparing summaries of statements, and organizing files.

The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong understanding of legal language and principles, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

In addition to these skills, the ideal candidate will be able to function independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.

About the Role
  • Research and analyze statutory requirements and regulations relevant to our business operations
  • Prepare and organize files, documents, and other materials for use by lawyers and the commercial team
  • Interview witnesses and prepare summaries of their statements
  • Perform administrative tasks to support the commercial team's work
