We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Business Operations Specialist. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The successful candidate will be responsible for client communication and work management, Australian payroll processing, BAS Returns preparation, and IAS returns. They will also be responsible for daily book-keeping tasks and accurate record maintenance, as well as developing and maintaining strong client relationships as a trusted advisor.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Australian Accounting industry
  • High level of computer literacy across Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Knowledge of software like XERO, QuickBooks, MYOB
  • Excellent command over English Language – Written, Spoken, Interpretational
