This role involves full responsibility for managing, growing, and developing our C-Services business, supported by the sales team. You will balance operational leadership with strategic growth, focusing on delivering high-quality services, efficiency, and profitability.

You will be an accomplished leader engaging with clients at senior levels, building a service offering that meets their needs. You will partner with the sales and delivery teams to grow the business and be measured against key performance indicators focused on team performance, client satisfaction, quality, profitability, capability development, and innovation.

The ideal candidate is a highly skilled managed services leader who thrives on diversity and commercial challenges.
