Job Opportunity

This is a permanent full-time leadership role with flexible working arrangements.

As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for planning, organising and coordinating service delivery activities to achieve exceptional outcomes.

  • Monitor service performance, identify issues and take appropriate actions to ensure compliance with SLAs.
  • Manage and oversee timely and effective resolution of incidents, and implement preventive measures to mitigate future incidents or problems.
  • Support vendor and supplier relationships, manage contracts, evaluate vendor performance, and ensure that the services provided meet the agreed-upon standards.
  • Responsible for reporting on service delivery performance, SLA compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead an effective and successful Change Approval Board (CAB) to minimise risk and unintended change consequences.
  • Drive the ITIL framework to create high-quality service delivery and support technology lifecycles.
  • Review, develop, recommend and implement relevant policies and procedures to ensure effective service delivery.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in IT service delivery.
  • ITIL v4 Foundation mandatory, ITIL v4 Expert or Masters highly desirable.
  • Experience in chairing the CAB governance process.
  • Experience using ITSM toolsets.
  • Experience of managing 3rd party vendors, suppliers and contracts.
  • Excellent relationship builder and expectation management skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to take responsibility.
  • Details-oriented, analytical and strong reporting skills.
  • Strong leadership experience with an interest in upskilling team members.
