The Opportunity:
  • Embark on investigations at various locations throughout Wollongong and the Illawarra region, gathering crucial evidence through interviews with key parties.
  • Maintain seamless communication with the support team and other relevant stakeholders, ensuring a cohesive workflow.
  • Produce high-quality, timely factual reports that meet the highest standards.
About You:
  • You must hold a Certificate III in Investigations, demonstrating your expertise in the field.
  • A current and valid Investigators Licence, along with a driver's licence, are mandatory requirements.
  • Experience conducting Workers Compensation and CTP investigations is essential, showcasing your capability to handle complex cases.
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills, strong attention to detail, and effective communication abilities are highly valued.
