Business Growth Strategist Opportunity

The role of Business Growth Strategist entails developing tactical plans to expand on-line analysis and sampling solutions into the mining and mineral processing sectors.

Key responsibilities include driving business growth initiatives to commercial success, including regular sales calls and conversion of marketing leads into opportunities.

Collaborate closely with colleagues and key account representatives to unlock new opportunities and build professional relationships with major decision-makers.

Communicate bookings outlook to senior management to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Support customers through technical and business presentations at conferences and user meetings.

Build Trust with Key Decision Makers

Through establishing and maintaining strong professional relationships.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in metallurgy/mineral processing, process, or mechanical engineering.
  • Experience in capital sales, applications support, or business development roles.
  • Understanding of technology deployment and projects in the mining industry or METS companies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in business/account development.
  • Understanding of complex capital equipment sales cycles.
  • Closely collaborate with people at all levels within our customer's organization.
  • Proficient in CRM utilization.
