Job Overview:

This role sits at the heart of our B2B marketing strategy, helping drive growth through smart measurement frameworks and strategic thought partnership.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to measure and report on progress toward revenue and growth goals.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner in identifying opportunities, measuring impact, and shaping the B2B marketing roadmap.
  • Design measurement frameworks that track marketing performance, lead conversion, and pipeline health.
  • Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform media investment, campaign strategy, and go-to-market plans.
  • Evaluate key initiatives such as paid media, content, and events, including pre/post analysis and experimentation.
  • Apply your knowledge of attribution (e.g. multi-touch) or MMM to help credit marketing impact across touchpoints.
  • Collaborate across functions to ensure data is accurate, connected, and decision-ready.
Requirements:
  • You have a natural ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and bring alignment to diverse teams.
  • You love supporting pipeline-focused teams and enabling growth in a B2B environment.
  • You're skilled at helping teams align around KPIs and strategic insights.
  • You've built dashboards to track the marketing and sales funnel (and know what makes one actually useful).
  • You're confident with SQL and data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
  • You can wrangle and analyze data in Python or R.
  • You're familiar with attribution modeling or marketing impact evaluation.
  • You're collaborative, curious, and excited to work across functions.
